Martin Bazala

Martin Bazala is the CEO of RAYNET CRM, a leading Czech CRM software company. He has been involved in RAYNET’s leadership for over 15 years, playing a pivotal role in its evolution from a garage startup to the most popular CRM solution in the Czech Republic, delivered via SaaS. He began his journey at RAYNET initially as a graphic designer while studying at the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Ostrava.

Under his guidance, RAYNET transformed from custom on-premise software to a cloud-based CRM system and became a national leader with thousands of business clients and tens of thousands of paying users. The company prides itself on simplicity, local support, competitive pricing, and transparency in internal culture, including open salaries and profit-sharing — principles that Martin has helped embed into the company’s DNA.

In his free time he loves to hike with his wife, plays volleyball and conducts a local Gospel choir.

Terry English 

Terry English is a certified leadership and team coach and facilitator with 27+ years’ experience working in an international context. He lives in the Czech Republic where he helps organisations navigate the changing leadership culture enabling multi-generational teams work more impactfully together. Having been a group VP and L&D director responsible for staff development in 16 countries, he has learned that one of the secrets to happiness is helping other people realize their full potential.

In his free time he loves spending time with his family, via ferrata, hiking, skiing and conducting a 150 member gospel choir.
